Last week a piece of AI artwork won a much-coveted position in the “Art of the Week” contest by Bunchie.
The event has sparked controversy and backlash from the artist community, as many feel the win is offensive to traditional artists and the effort that they put in.
Bunchie has yet to put out a public statement on its stance concerning AI art and the AI work winning a position on the “Art of the Week” picks.
